Cancellation Policy:
It is our goal to provide superior customer satisfaction and, while we endeavor to fill all cancelled bookings, a 20% cancellation fee will be retained.
If you cancel prior to three weeks before your check-in date, we will return the balance of your deposit, minus the 20%. If you cancel within 3 weeks of your booking, the entire deposit shall be forfeited. If we are able to re-book the suite, we will return your deposit minus the 20% cancellation fee.
